Refund and Cancellation Policy of Wasat Travels

Wasat Travels strives to provide a seamless travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date: Eligible for a full refund minus a service charge of [X%].
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the departure date: Eligible for a [Y%] refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the departure date: No refund will be provided.

• Non-Refundable Services:

  • Certain services, such as discounted tickets, promotional offers, or third-party arrangements, may not be eligible for refunds. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• In case of partial cancellation, the refund will be limited to the canceled portion of the booking.

3. Amendments and Changes

• If you need to make changes to your booking (such as travel dates or names), requests must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply depending on the policies of third-party providers.

4. Force Majeure

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions. We will, however, work with customers to reschedule or provide credit where possible.

5. Travel Agency-Initiated Cancellations

• If Wasat Travels must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the following options:
  • A full refund of the amount paid.
  • An alternative travel arrangement of similar value, subject to your approval.

6. Special Notes

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Any processing fees, taxes, or service charges incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
