Terms and Conditions of Wasat Travels
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Wasat Travels, including booking tours, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings with Wasat Travels are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour/package selected.

2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed once we send a confirmation email to the customer, along with the necessary travel documents and payment receipt.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to review and verify all details of the booking, including travel dates, accommodation, and other arrangements.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Wasat Travels.
- If you cancel your booking more than [X] days before departure, you will receive a partial refund, minus any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within [Y] days of departure will not be eligible for a refund.

- Wasat Travels is not responsible for any issues arising due to the customer’s failure to comply with these requirements.
7. Liability
- Wasat Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, or other issues caused by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- We are not responsible for any travel disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
8. Privacy
- By booking with Wasat Travels, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Force Majeure
- Wasat Travels is not responsible for any disruptions to your travel plans caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies.
10. Customer Conduct
- We expect all customers to behave respectfully during their travels and to follow any guidelines or rules set by Wasat Travels and third-party providers.
- Wasat Travels reserves the right to cancel or terminate a booking if the customer engages in disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior.
